Art: Printing with Magnetic Plates
Learn this new relief printing technique, which uses shapes cut out of magnet sheets as printing plates. The magnet pieces are placed on a thin sheet of steel to keep them in place. With this setup, one can employ linoleum cut, monotype, and soft point techniques to produce relief prints. Note prerequisite: basic concept of relief printing. $175 plus $10 materials fee.
