According to Vermont Street resident and Lick-Wilmerding High School student, Andrew Chou-Belden, this is a concept illustration of the late artist Mac Miller (1992-2018), a notable pioneer in hip-hop, jazz, and R&B. Bright colors were used to reflect the joyful side of his art.
