Last month, Dr. Jonathan Rapp retired from the Potrero Hill Health Center, after 25 years as a primary care physician. Dr. Rapp tended to many Hill residents, caring for three generations of the same family. He’ll continue teaching physicians in training at the Family Health Center at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, as a clinical professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Rapp worked as a physician in San Francisco for the past 34 years. In 2013, he received the Dr. Charlotte C. Baer Memorial Award for Excellence in teaching. He lives in the City with his wife, Monica Lee, and their children, Elana and Samuel Rapp.
